1. Return policy

1.1 Scope of application
Our return policy applies to products purchased directly through our TC MotoWear website.
1.2 Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which you received it. It must also be in its original packaging with all labels attached.
1.3 Term
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to make a return.
1.4 Exclusions
Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, such as:
Products bought during a sale: These cannot be returned, but you can exchange them for another size, if available.
Personalised items: Items that have been customised or personalised especially for you are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
1.5 Defective / damaged items
If you have received a defective or damaged product, please contact us at info@tc-motowear.com with photos and a description of the problem within 14 days of receipt so that we can help you with a replacement or refund as soon as possible.
2. Exchanges and refunds

2.1 Exchange
Products not eligible for return can be exchanged for another size if available. Please contact us at info@tc-motowear.com to check availability.
2.2 Refund
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you a confirmation e-mail. If approved, the refund will be processed within 14 days. Please note that processing time depends on your payment provider.
2.3 Shipping costs
Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product is faulty or a wrong delivery. The original shipping costs will only be refunded if the entire order is returned and there is an error on our part.
3. General terms and conditions
Returns must be sent via a traceable shipping method. TC MotoWear is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Items that do not comply with the above conditions will not be accepted.
Returns will be processed within 3-5 working days of receipt.
